Questions about RouteBuddy Software and RouteBuddy Digital Maps
The RouteBuddy Manual for Windows and Mac OS X and the Atlas Manual for the Atlas and Solo apps should provide you with a comprehensive guid as to how our software can be used. If you want to know if the software can do something or find out how you do it, then the manuals are your first point of reference.
The RouteBuddy Store also gives a description for each map product.

When you email us it would be helpful to let us know whether you are running RouteBuddy on Windows or Mac and also your system specification.
Response times:
We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours during the week, and within the first 12 hours of a working day following the weekend.
RouteBuddy is based in the United Kingdom therefore there will be some time overlap for our International customers.
